Allegis Transcription’s “Quality Development Program” is designed to onboard and train transcriptionists—whether new or experienced—to meet the company’s high standards for transcription work. The program includes:

• Coaching and Support: Transcriptionists are paired with a coach who provides guidance throughout the training process.
• Quality Standards: The program shares detailed quality expectations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Exercises and Assessments: Transcriptionists complete graded transcription files to demonstrate their skills and understanding.
• Paid Training: Candidates are compensated for the transcription files they complete during the quality development phase.

Upon successful completion, transcriptionists are eligible to accept paid transcription jobs. The program aims to ensure that all transcriptionists meet the company’s quality standards, regardless of their prior experience.

Allegis Transcription is currently seeking remote transcriptionists for freelance positions, focusing on the insurance and legal industries. As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to set your own schedule and workload.
