Freelance Typist Jobs (Work From Home)

Position: Experienced Freelance Typists (Home-based, self-employed)

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe property-related documents such as:
  • Building surveys
  • Homebuyers reports
  • Schedules of condition
• Work with industry-specific reporting software such as ISURV or Quest (preferred).
• Deliver completed reports within a 24-hour turnaround time.
• Provide availability for at least 5 days per week.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency to maximize hourly pay rate.

Requirements

• Experience in typing property-related documents (essential).
• Fast and accurate typing speed.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and good knowledge of Excel.
• Dictation software required (if not owned, must be purchased).
• Ability to open standard audio file formats (.dss, .ds2, .mp3, .m4a, .wav, .wma).
• Printer access in case of copy-typing requirements.
• Flexible schedule — daytime preferred, but evenings/weekends possible.
