Key Requirements & Qualifications
To be a candidate, you should have:
- High school diploma
- Be on a pre-health career track (aiming for medical field roles)
- At least college sophomore status or higher
- Ability to commit at least 6 months to the role
- Work at least 2 shifts per week (or ~16 hours)
- Must provide educational & vaccination records (childhood immunizations etc.)
In terms of skills/traits:

- Respect for confidentiality & patient privacy
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle dynamic, stressful environments
- Ability to learn medical terminology and procedures
- Interact professionally with others

Commitment & Workload
