Other details:

  • Applicants are contacted only if they apply through the official BELAY site. BELAY never charges money during hiring, nor offers via social media or text.
  • All roles require being available during standard business hours Monday–Friday.
  • Roles are not project-based; full daytime availability is required. So, holding another full time job may conflict.

Who They’re Looking For

  • Contractors with experience and professional maturity. Many hold at least a college degree; prior work experience is expected.
  • Self-motivated individuals who train themselves, stay current in their field; BELAY doesn’t provide basic training for foundational skills, but supports with ongoing coaching etc.
