Application / Hiring Process

- Initial Interview — a video call.

- Client Endorsement — once you pass all internal steps, your profile is shared with client(s) for matching. You get “endorsement” and can apply to specific client-jobs.

Work Arrangements & Expectations
- Once you become part of their VA pool (“Talent Community”), clients pick from that pool when jobs open.
- You can work for more than one client, but total hours are typically capped at 40 hours per week, unless you get special approval.

Pay / Tier System
