Candidate Requirements / Expectations
To be considered, applicants should typically meet the following:
- At least 2 years work experience, preferably with US or Australian clients or companies.
- If you lack a full degree, then at least 2 years of college plus relevant work experience may suffice.
- Even fresh graduates may be considered if they have relevant experience.
- Not strictly BPO; VAs assist clients directly, can be all-rounder or specialist roles (metrics depend on client needs).
- Technical setup: Stable internet connection (at least ~10 Mbps), a computer or laptop with webcam.
- Generally prefer applicants from Cebu but sometimes open to others.
Work Terms & Culture
- Positions are full-time, not part-time.
- Shifts are day shifts (especially for those working with Australian clients), with fixed weekends off.
- Office work is the norm; though during the pandemic there was temporary work-from-home, the company is returning (or planning) to return employees to offices and possibly open satellite offices.
- For holidays: you observe holidays similar to those of your client (Australia). For Philippine holidays, there may be premiums.
- Paid leave and sick leave are provided; leave is encouraged to be used (vacation leaves are not converted to cash).
